Tom was a founding member of the OPC Task Force and developed the OPC Data Access architecture. Tom is currently the president of the OPC Foundation, chairperson of the Compliance & Interoperability committee, and secretary of the Technical Steering Committee. Tom has been active in all the major activities of the OPC Foundation.
