Tegron (formerly Automation Systems International Inc.)
Tegron is a system integrator that has been providing automation solutions for customers for nearly 15 years. Earlier this year they deployed an application named Mix 681 for transportation and batching of both liquid and dry materials to provide a consistent final product, which meets customer guidelines. This application allows the operator to closely monitor the whole system and allows the operator to manipulate recipe values for consistent product throughput through a RSView32 interface. Tegron has also embedded Active-X controls for enhancing displays within the application through Flash Shockwave. The application has addressed such critical issues as, tight control of weights dispensed, flow rates and temperatures.
