Blandin Paper Company
Beginning in 1901, the Blandin Paper company, which is owned by UPM-Kymmene, has been producing lightweight-coated papers that are used in magazine and catalogs throughout the world. Blandin Paper turned to Rockwell Software to assist and develop its Maintenance /Operations Support System (M.O.S.S) which is a complete Rockwell Software and Microsoft Windows networked maintenance mill-wide diagnostic system. The maintenance network includes over 125 PC's and 54 networked Allen-Bradley PLC's as well as remote diagnostic and troubleshooting HMI's and operations HMI's using RSView32 and numerous other Rockwell Software products. Utilizing over 2000 screens, this system allows for completely animated and automated schematics for system hydraulics and electrical portions of the operation.
